Medical Camps

As decided by the medical camp committee headed by the president ,block panchayat and medical officer of Vilappil Government hospital. Detailed planning was designed to monitor and assess medical needs of disabled in Nemom block panchayat area. NRHM sanctioned the amount for medicine and honorarium to medical professionals participating in the two camps only. All other expenses including publicity, transportation, food and arrangements for the camp have to be met from the amount provided in the project for conducting medical camps.

A major medical camp was conducted at Balaramapuram on 14-3-08 to monitor the total health condition of the disabled in 4 grama panchayats including Balaramapuram, Maranalloor , Pallichal and Kalliyoor.
