11.Block panchayat level CBR resource centre. This centre will be functioning with the support of NGO to give information to all needy on disability care and welfare issues, special education . The block panchayat level Resource centre will plan panchayat level activities .

12.Disability rights and awareness programme. To promote the cause and concept of disability community, mass awareness and campaign with the participation of different sections of the community is needed.

13. CBR activity. This is the very important activity structure in disability service area for the sustainability of such social development programme.Based of the secondary datas there will be at least 500 disabled in each grama panchayat and out of this figure there will be 100-150 persons including disabled as well aged need home care services. A certain percentage of disabled population (including children) are bed ridden and mobility impaired. Considering the plight of these section of the population a concrete plan of action must be designed to visit such houses and provide support to give physio therapy, medication, nursing , food and skill training to cop-up with the daily life activites. This activity can be implemented with the support of medical. Nursing and voluntery workers to make the regular home visit and offer services designed in it.
This is the crucial activity which needs more sensitive approach to reach out the real people who suffer from the curse of disability. In this programme we can address the needs of disabled as well as the aged people who are totally isolated from mainstream society. So in this programme we can include the important activities as per the National policy on disability -2006 and well State policy for aged 2007, which entrust the local self governments to implement such welfare programmes with out failure.
